We are just at the ground floor level of this scheme with Thomas Sinden for Kai Yang (London) Real Estate. This project in Chingford comprises 30 high-quality, sustainable homes, including five three-bedroom family dwellings, along with social amenity spaces and car parking.

On the site of a former petrol filling station, the 3,410 sq.m. Rowden Parade has been designed to enhance the existing neighbourhood. Its five-storey frontage, onto the primary street, steps down to two storeys adjacent to the terraces, in order to respect the privacy and daylight of neighbouring buildings. A private courtyard at the rear of the development provides the communal amenity space and integrates the secure car parking.

Our work will include: Site Remediation. Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete Frame extending to Fourth Floor plus roof and overruns. The image shows the ground floor slab being concreted.

Groundworks phase almost complete

With a challenging few weeks with the weather and textbook excavation support work we have installed some large deep tanks against the boundary and are just completing the groundworks phase for this project.
